Check-in:  3:00pm; Check-out 11:00am
Should you arrive after 5pm; we will have a “after hours arrival” organized for you at the front office door. Please Make sure to stop in after 7:30am to officially register, per local codes.

* Note: Our offices are CLOSED from 5:00pm-7:30am daily and from 12:00pm-1:00pm daily

All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.  Each additional person requires a nightly charge of $25.00 plus taxes.  Bedding beyond existing bedding will consist of a twin-sized floor foam mattress.

We are a small family-owned operation.  As such, our policies may differ from those of larger operations or larger hotels.  One of the following applies to your reservation:

REGULAR BOOKINGS

Due to the small size of our operation:
Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking.  This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy).  Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00.  The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival.  85% of the booking fee is refundable in the event of a cancellation made with more than 72 hours notice.  Early departures are not possible.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.

WINTER HOLIDAY

(applies to reservations with at least one day that falls within December 19-January 3)
Due to the time of year and the small size of our operation:
Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking.  This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy).  Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00.  The above booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made after November 19th.  50% of the booking fee is refundable only for a cancellation made prior to November 20th.  Early departures are not possible.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.

MERRIE MONARCH HULA FESTIVAL

(applies to reservations with at least one day that falls within April 06 - April 11)
Due to the time of year and the small size of our operation:
Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking.  This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy).  Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00.  The above booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made after March 7th.  50% of the booking fee is refundable only for a cancellation made prior to March 8th.  Early departures are not possible.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.

FACILITY EXCLUSIVE USE

(applies to reservations consuming all rooms at a location)
Due to the size of the reservation:
Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking.  This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy).  Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00.  The above booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made within 30 days of your arrival.  50% of the booking fee is refundable only for a cancellation made with more than 30 days’ notice.  Early departures are not possible.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.

As a small company, our policies are not flexible.  If you would like to protect yourself from cancellation fees, or require greater flexibility, please obtain inexpensive Travel Insurance, or call 800-826-4919.

Located at a cool, mosquito-free 3800 foot elevation; Volcano is wet and cool year-round.  Please pack accordingly.
No smoking, no shoes indoors, no pets, please.
