All rates are based on double occupancyCheck-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am consist of a twin-sized floor foam mattress. We DO NOT accept AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards Volcano is wet and cool year-round. Please pack accordingly. In general, online bookings have a 10% booking fee secured at time of booking. The fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy) or forfeited in the event of cancellation outside of 72-hours from arrival. Online bookings within Special Time Periods are subject to Special Time Period policies. SPECIAL TIME PERIOD POLICIES Group bookings (four (4) rooms or more), Special Time Periods (see "NOTE" below), and Extended stays (four (4) room nights or more) have different policies (30-day cancellation 50% non-refundable booking fee...booking fees are credited upon arrival only); speak to a reservations agent for clairification. NOTE: Special Time Periods are Winter Holiday (December 20th-January 2nd every year), Merrie Monarch (sometime in March or April; usually the week following Easter Sunday every year), and Crater Rim Run (last Friday and Saturday of July every year). If you would like to protect yourself from cancellation fees, please obtain Travel Insurance.
